We hired Step by Step to install tile in our kitchen and bath. The work involved removing the old floors, bath vanity and toilet and installing new porcelain tile. Vlad and his team did an excellent job - they worked efficiently, but more important they were very thorough and willing to spend extra time to do the job right. They were also very clean and the tile was laid precisely. The customer service was great as well, as Vlad was willing to answer the numerous questions my husband and I had prior to the start of the job. Simone D.
Step by Step Remodeling, LLC was excellent. Vlad Carare, the person who handled everything from demolition to completion is the person you want to work with. He was patient, caring, honest, sincere, "on time" and listened to what we wanted in terms of our budget and style. He did a great job with the layout of the tiles and grout lines. He fixed the copper pipe issues, mold issues and made sure the new shower diverter worked correctly because we did not want any leaks. Vlad does beautiful work and keeps his promises!
